- I am aware and accept that participation in Norgescup Freeride involves risk related to all activities.
- I am of the opinion that my ski/snowboard skills are adequate for me to participate in Norgescup Freeride, and will, to the best of my ability, ski as directed and not expose myself and others to danger.
- I am aware and accept that all actions taken by me during Norgescup Freeride are of my sole responsibility, my own insurance and of free will.
- I am aware and accept that Norgescup Freeride and its organizing committee can in no circumstances be held responsible for any of my own actions during the event.
- I am aware and accept that Norgescup Freeride and its organizing committee in no way can be held responsible for any physical or psychological injury I may cause others or myself.
- Every sport represented at Norgescup Freeride has their own set of rules and regulations that needs to be followed in order to engage in the sport. It is my responsibility to be updated with these rules and regulations when competing or engaging in any of these sports. It’s my responsibility to judge my own ability and that I have the skills it takes to enter any of the competitions or engaging in any of the sports represented at “Norgescup Freeride. It’s my responsibility to gather the information needed or ask for advice to ensure I am able to engage in any of the sports.
- I am aware and accept that Norgescup Freeride cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage on personal items.
- I am aware that photos and video is recorded during Norgescup Freeride. I permit Norgescup Freeride to use the recordings/photos as wished.
